Rob attended our home to provide a quote followed by an online digital quote that you could accept or decline with comments. On acceptance email and telephone updates followed on the schedule of work to be done. On the specified day the team arrived with all their kit and followed safety procedures and soon had the task done each member of the team knew their role. Within the hour the second team arrived to grind out the stump all the surrounding area was left neat and tidy with the tree removed off site.
