It was growing very close to neighbours out building, so required dismantling using rope and harness techniques and specialised lowering devices. The access was through a very narrow passageway at the side of the property. This resulted in all branches and timber having to be cut up into small pieces to enable extraction from the garden. The garden was left clean and tidy, ready for landscaping.
